The Thomas Center in conjunction with Future to Be offers the Spony Profiling Model
The SPM (Spony Profiling Model) is a profiling instrument that was developed at Canfield School of Management in the UK by Dr. Giles Spony. It has been designed to help people understand their core work motivations and values. Using a 360 degree format, the SPM gives a picture of how work colleagues view the person's communication style.
The SPM Model is based on mapping human beings fundamental dilemmas as first developed by cross cultural psychologist Professor Schwartz. Work values are compared to the national work values of many cultures and countries around the world. The national work values as described by Hofstede, are used to determine this relationship and provides a comprehensive view of work values, communication styles and comparison to national work values.
